Board Classes

BODY

Our signature HIIT training class focuses on working with multiple angles and levels of resistance to gain strength, mobility, balance, and improve cardio capabilities. This music oriented class applies elements of pilates, yoga, strength training, power moves and cardio, utilizing floor to ceiling resistance anchors.

Classes are 30 minutes followed by a 5-6 minute cool down.

CIRCUIT

For an extra challenging workout, this HIIT circuit training class combines BodyBoard, Board 30 Body Barre, Sandbell weights, Pilates equipment, and more for the most complete, full body workout you've ever experienced.

Previous BodyBoard experience strongly suggested.

Classes are 45 minutes with a 5-6 minute cool down.

POWER HOUR

Our classic Board30 BodyBoard class but one step up in difficulty and length! Extra challenging work with the Sandbells, sliders, and more.

Previous BodyBoard experience encouraged but not necessary.

Classes are 45 minutes with a 5-6 minute cool down.

Balance, Sculpt & Stretch

A 45 minute interval flow, movement based class.

Focus on form, balance, strength and muscle lengthening.  Gentle on your joints and fun!  All levels are welcome. There is a 15 minute stretch at the end of the class. Please feel free to stay or go depending on your schedule.

Fast & Furious

This is a quick cardio blast class. Just 15 HIIT moves focusing on working with multiple angles of resistance to gain strength and improve cardio capabilities.

Classes are 22 minutes with a 5 minute cool down.

BODY BARRE

A 30-minute barre class in our classic, HIIT Board30 style!

This energetic, fun and challenging class combines barre and our Board30 BodyBoard system. Barre like you've never tried before!

All levels welcome. 5-6 minute cool down.

FLYING STEP

A new take on traditional step aerobics. Using an adjustable, elevated aerobic step, get all of your cardio and dance needs in with this 45-minute class!

The combination of the Skyboard resistance band system from Board 30 classes with Step will be sure to get you sweating and having the most fun, low impact workout you've ever tried.

All levels welcome.

Pilates Classes

MAT PILATES

This class will work to balance all muscle group's strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Mat Pilates is a challenging yet safe method to sculpt your body and to feel increased agility in your every day movements.
