Board Classes

BOARD30

Our signature HIIT training class focuses on working with multiple angles and levels of resistance to gain strength, mobility, balance, and improve cardio capabilities. This music oriented class applies elements of pilates, yoga, strength training, power moves and cardio, utilizing floor to ceiling resistance anchors.

Classes are 30 minutes followed by a 5-6 minute cool down.

CIRCUIT

For an extra challenging workout, this HIIT circuit training class combines BodyBoard, Board 30 Body Barre, Sandbell weights, Pilates equipment, and more for the most complete, full body workout you've ever experienced.

Previous BodyBoard experience strongly suggested.

Classes are 45 minutes with a 5-6 minute cool down.

POWER HOUR

Our classic Board30 BodyBoard class but one step up in difficulty and length! Extra challenging work with the Sandbells, sliders, and more.

Previous BodyBoard experience encouraged but not necessary.

Classes are 45 minutes with a 5-6 minute cool down.

Strength Training

Strength Training with Adrian offers a dynamic approach to toning, building, and strengthening the body.

Cardio BOUNCE

This is a quick cardio blast class. Just 15 HIIT moves focusing on working with multiple angles of resistance to gain strength and improve cardio capabilities.

Classes are 22 minutes with a 5 minute cool down.

Barre-Bands Pilates

Optimize your workout with our dynamic Barre Band Pilates class! This class intentionally combines the precision of mat Pilates, the resistance of bands, and the grace of barre techniques to create a full-body workout that’s both powerful and efficient.

Expect to strengthen your muscles, lengthen your limbs, and tone your entire body with carefully curated movements. This class is designed to boost your strength, enhance your flexibility, and bring a balanced, sculpted look to your physique.

Booty Bounce

Elevate your fitness with our signature Booty Bounce class! This class artfully weaves Lymph-specific rebounding and Pilates designed to tone and strengthen your body in a low-impact, supportive way.

We focus on specific sequences designed to sculpt your core, glutes, and thighs. Using Pilates and mat-based sequences, you’ll leave feeling stronger, more sculpted, and empowered.

POWER HOUR PLUS KettleBells

Our signature Board30 Power Hour Class with the addition of a kettlebell sequence designed to optimize strength.

Membership Pricing: 10% discount for educators, active/past military, persons over 60, students and fitness instructors.

Monthly unlimited recurring pass.  Come as often as you like.  No vacation holds under 30 days.
