Anna Finck is a Wellness Architect and Lifestyle Designer with a background in integrative nutrition, functional movement, nervous system regulation, embodiment practices, and personal growth.

She brings her signature body of work, Embodied Wellness, to the BOARD30 experience — blending science and soul to create experiences that support deep, lasting change.

Anna has guided clients around the world to:
• Restore balance after burnout
• Reconnect with their bodies and transform their health and lives
• Heal from chronic conditions
• Awaken confidence, clarity, and vitality

Her work is rooted in empowerment — helping individuals become educated, embodied, and self-aware architects of their own health.
